NCRCO CONSTITUTION / BY-LAWSARTICLE XIV - ADOPTION OF CONSTITUTION / BY LAWS
These By Laws were adopted by the NCRCO membership in July, 1993 at the NCRCO Business Meeting held in Salt Lake City, Utah; amended at the NCRCO Business Meeting held in Houston, Texas, July, 1996; amended at the NCRCO Business Meeting held in Portland, Oregon, July, 1998; and amended at the NCRCO Business Meeting held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 13, 2003, all during NACo Annual Conferences.
